Terms of Service

By downloading, installing or using Bob, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by ("we").

1. The service

Bob is a Windows app that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to help you prepare for and take part in job interviews: predicted questions, suggested answers based on the profile/CV you provide, help with programming problems, and chat. AI features need an internet connection and an active subscription.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity on it.
• One subscription is for one person. Accounts may not be shared or resold.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• Plans are weekly, monthly or yearly, at the price shown on the website and in the app at the time of purchase. Prices are charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR); any other currency shown is an estimate.
• Payment is made in advance — by QRIS through Midtrans, or by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Lemon Squeezy. For card/PayPal orders, Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: it is the seller on your receipt and handles applicable sales tax/VAT. There is no automatic renewal — you are never charged without paying yourself.
• Your plan starts when the payment is confirmed. Buying while a plan is active adds to its current end date.
• A payment QR code is valid for 15 minutes; create a new one in the app if it expires.
• We may change prices for future purchases; time you've already paid for is not affected.

4. Vouchers

• Vouchers add free subscription days, have no cash value, and may have a usage limit or expiry date.
• A free-trial voucher can be used once per person. Creating multiple accounts to repeat a trial is not allowed.
• We may deactivate vouchers that are shared without permission or abused.

5. Refund policy

• Because the service is available immediately after payment, payments are generally non-refundable.
• Exceptions: if you paid but your subscription did not activate, or the service is unusable because of a problem on our side that we can't fix within 3 days of your report, we will give you a full refund or extend your plan — your choice.
• Duplicate payments for the same order are refunded.
• Send requests to with your account email and the time of payment. Refunds are processed within 14 working days through an agreed method.

6. Fair use

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, modify, or try to bypass the app's subscription system or limits;
• use the service in automated or excessive ways (bots, scraping) or to overload our servers;
• use Bob for anything unlawful, or to produce content that infringes other people's rights.

We limit the number of requests per minute to keep the service stable for everyone.

7. Your responsibility for how you use Bob

• AI-generated answers and code can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before relying on them; final answers and decisions are entirely yours.
• You are responsible for making sure your use of Bob complies with the rules of the hiring process, company or institution involved, and with applicable law.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile/CV you enter, and for having the right to submit third-party content (e.g. problems you screenshot).
• Window hiding and the screen-capture shield are not guaranteed to work with every app or device.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. It depends on third parties (Google, Supabase, Midtrans) that may have outages. The app updates itself automatically with fixes and features.

9. Intellectual property

The app, the Bob brand and its design belong to us. Content you enter (your CV, your questions) remains yours, and you are free to use the answers Bob generates for your own purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses — including interview outcomes, hiring decisions or lost opportunities — arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

11. Termination

You can stop using Bob at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms; for serious breaches (e.g. payment abuse) any remaining subscription time may be forfeited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved amicably.
